Ear Update 3

It is time for another Ear Update, and I'm pleased to say that I'm close to the finish-line! Even though the progress have stagnated a bit, I can still see changes. I can wear almost all earrings now, and the "hole" is down to about 3 mm from 20 mm. BIG difference!

Furthermore the ear doesn't look as nasty as it did earlier, and I only use the Dr. Hauschka cream twice a day now.

When I started stretching my ears I was told that: "If you stretch it over 8 mm it will NEVER grow back!"
Well..... It almost have, and I couldn't be happier!
Finding information on "retracting" a stretch is nearly impossible to find and it seems that no one have done it, or is willing to talk about it. So the amount of advice out there is at a minimum.
That is partially why I did these blogposts. I think it is important that people know that it is possible and they have a source to which they can ask questions!
So just ask!!
