Healthy-living!

My weight loss "program" have been working pretty well so far. I have already lost a bit of weight and feel more toned. I increased the exercise to riding my horse min. 4 times a week, taking long walks, doing sit-ups every night and yoga.
Also I have decreased my calorie intake and I'm eating a lot healthier in general. Here are some examples from this week:

Fajitas with salats and greens. Light Fromage Frais Dressing, Salsa and Chicken!
It was delicious and something I eat quite often.

Pastasalt with chicken. Made with cucumber, pebers, corn, leeks and greek yogurt.
