Weightloss

I've decided that it is time to lose weight and get ready for summer. I have set up some ways for how to do it, and because of my bad knees, most of it is nutrition related. Other than eating healthier and cutting down on snacking, I will ride my horse 4 times a week, do yoga on sundays, and go for a 5-10 walk at least once a week.

I have cut out all sodas, alcohol and fast-food and I'm trying to minimize my portion sizes.

I'm doing all of this to get clearer skin and lose some of the winter weight. I have set some realistic goals, and when reaching each goal, I can treat myself to a thing I've been wanted for a while.
Yesterdays meal: carrots, broccoli, beans, peber, rice and chicken breast.

  1. Uhm, det ser rigtig lækkert ud og held og lykke med kuren.
    Kan forstå, at du nu har smittet din lillesøster, så må vi se,hvem der kommer først i mål. ;D)
